The spreadsheet would allow you to move data around fairly easily, rearrange columns, etc. You could then produce a tab-delimited file with all the data in consistent fields that you could match up with Entourage's fields during import.
I can't guarantee this will work, but it's all I can think of. Of course, Paul's scripts (which he mentioned in connection to the calendar data) would be a great help with this as well. -- Microsoft MVP for Entourage/OE/Word (MVPs are volunteers) Allen Watson <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Entourage FAQ site: <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/> AppleScripts for Outlook Express and Entourage: <http://members.thinkaccess.net/[EMAIL PROTECTED]/Scripts/> Entourage Help Pages: <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/> -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
