My shareware scripts, Export-Import Entourage X, let you do both of those things. Select just the group you want to export : if any of its members aren't actually contacts but just name-and-address entries with the @ sign, first run the "Make Group Contacts" script. Then (or if not) run "Contacts-Groups Export from X", choosing to make full contact exports for group members. On your other computer, run the "Contacts Import into X" script: you have a choice of how to deal with duplicates: replace with imports, don't import, or keep both, with a further choice to open the duplicates so you can compare and make adjustments yourself before deleting one of them. The Contacts Export files will open in Excel, plus there's a helper script in the the Xcel Extras folder should you want to make an Excel Worksheet that contains a rundown of _all_ your groups in one file. There's also a lot more (calendar, tasks, notes, signatures, etc.) that you may not need at the moment but might want at some other point. You can get the scripts at MacScripter.net <http://macscripter.net/scriptbuilders/> -- Paul Berkowitz MVP Entourage Entourage FAQ Page: http://www.entourage.mvps.org/toc.html -- Paul Berkowitz MVP Entourage Entourage FAQ Page: http://www.entourage.mvps.org/toc.html PLEASE always state which version of Entourage you are using - 2001 or X. It's often impossible to answer your questions otherwise. -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
