Title: Importing Palm Desktop to Entourage X
I'm helping a friend try to move her Palm Desktop Calendar (v 4) into Entourage X (v 10.1.4).
As with Entourage's other Import steps, each window is very clear and self explanatory. But by choosing Palm Desktop for importing, we eventually get to a window that only has "Open: Entourage" in its title bar.
The first question is: why would it be wanting to find Entourage, when we're already using it to do the import process in the first place. The second question is that when we humor the request and try to choose Entourage, it's grayed out, and won't let us choose it. I would have instead thought that the window would be "Find Palm Desktop" or even just "we're importing now... wait..."
Has anyone done this particular import into E'rage X? Any ideas? What are we doing wrong? Thanks!
