Issue: Customers using Entourage X with MacOS 10.3.x are unable to compress files using Entourage via the New Message composition window.
Reason: Apple is shipping a new compression library with 10.3.x (version 7) and Entourage X doesn't know about it. Workaround: Aladdin, the makers of the library, has posted the old library on the Internet.
