I've just encountered an oddity that is tangentially mentioned in the Entourage Help system (Entourage for X, all updates applied, Mac OS X 10.2.8, Ethernet LAN with two tcp/ip printers (HP 2500 series all-in-one and LaserWriter 8500).
No matter how I issue the "Print" command (click the icon in the toolbar, Select "Print One Copy" from the "File" menu, or select "Print" from the File menu, the appropriate dialogs appear, showing the print job routed to the default printer of the moment, but then NOTHING shows up in that printer's print jobs queue window and nothing prints. The message came from a correspondent in Russia, and her email address contains Cyrillic characters. The help system says that occasionally messages will contain something that prevents them from printing. Is that what's going on here? I can print other messages to both printers, and I can print the body text of the message by copying it from the incoming message and pasting it into TextEdit.
