Subject: Re: Flash Help
First question: Does Flash normally play in Safari properly?
Second: It sounds like the Flash may be in a pop up. Do you have any pop up blocker software enabled?
Third: If you temporarily set Internet Explorer as your default browser will the Flash play?
Go ahead and shoot the email over.
Regards,
Cole

Cole – when I hit the link, Safari opens to an “untitled” screen, the website is read and then a second “welcome scrrem opens in Safari but Flash never activates. Is this any more clear? I can send you the an e-mail which has this problem.
Thank you for your continuing help.
Bob

Still not quite enough detail there Bob...
Is the link to an HTML page on the web with Flash in it or is the file an attached .swf or .fla file? What do you mean "gets me to the next screen"? Next screen of what? Does your browser open? Does Flash open? How is your computer trying to view the movie?

I get an e-mail in Ent with a link to a file that opens with Flash. The link gets me to the next screen but the Flash file never opens.

Bob – is it that you can't open Flash in your browser or on your hard drive, or are you saying you can't open Flash in email messages or Flash source files. How is the Flash problem related to Entourage?
