Title: Re: Flash Help

Bob-

The links and Flash work for me in both Safari and IE from Entourage. Do you have the current Flash player? If not you may want to try updating it at:

http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash

To change your default browser you open your System Preferences panel, choose Internet, choose the Web tab and select your browser from the list. Real easy. You can switch it back after you check if the Flash plays in IE.

I submitted a trouble report to the site owner after clicking on the link from the email you forwarded. They may follow up with you on that.

Regards,

Cole – thanks for the continued help.

First question: Does Flash normally play in Safari properly?  It used to work fine
Second: It sounds like the Flash may be in a pop up. Do you have any pop up blocker software enabled?  no
Third: If you temporarily set Internet Explorer as your default browser will the Flash play?  How do I set IE as my default browser? (I will try it once I do)

Go ahead and shoot the email over.

Cole
