I use Entourage to read my hotmail over Ethernet at work and over an Airport
at home, and I don't seem to have any problems.  The airport is about 2
years old, one of the "snow" ones?  (not sure what their actually called).

So my guess is maybe it's the age of your airport...

If you have any more questions on my specific setup, I'd be glad to answer
