Not a fix but a work around. Quit Entourage and open IE. Set your IE
preferences, visit your web sites to collect their cookies and than quit IE.
The com.apple.internetconfig.plist file will now have your preferences and
cookies. You will just have remember that any time you change your IE
preferences or add web cookies, you need to quit Entourage before quitting
IE. Otherwise Entourage will return the file to the condition it was in when
Entourage was opened.

>From an earlier list discussion, I believe Dan said that this was a problem
with the com.apple.internetconfig.plist file that Apple needed to fix and
that MS couldn't fix it on their own.
