So, wouldn't it be possible, after developing the Interet Exlorer-driven preferences file and verifying that is works as desired be to _copy_ the preferences file and stash it elsewhere? Then, as warranted, that _copy_ could be copied back to replace a preferences file that becomes "corrupted", n'est ce pas?
