My copy of Entourage (10.1.4) under OS 10.3.2 has it's Mail & News Preferences -> Proxies settings stuck with a web proxy setting that I use for one of my work places. Despite changes to different Location settings under the Apple menu, the tick box for the web proxy remain selected and greyed out and stuck at the same IP and Port numbers.
