This is when the window opens with its title bar where you double clicked.
Entourage mistakenly processes the double click again and minimizes the
window. (IOW a bug.) It is very annoying ... it happens with some other
things in Entourage, too, I think.
You have two options: disable title bar double clicking with something like
WindowShade X, or open the message by hitting Return instead of double
clicking them.
