I suppose it depends how it's defined. The magazine is spelled "MacWorld",
and I think the magazine came first. (If I'm not mistaken, aren't you a
writer and journalist?)
A search on Microsoft's MSN for produces a page with 18 entries for both the
magazine and trade show, all spelled correctly respectively:
