One of my feedback messages to the Entourage team (using Barry's suggested "Send Feedback..." item on the help menu) would be; 'why do I first have to connect to the internet to send this feedback'? For those of us on a dial-up connection, being able to compose our thoughts at leisure, without incurring connection charges, is a definite plus. I'd like it if that menu gave one the option to open a blank email, pre-addressed to the entourage team. The other, more important, request would be; please - PLEEEESE, if I highlight some text in a received email and hit the delete key, warn me before whisking the email off to the Deleted Items folder. That's just so annoying. Better still, tell me I need to press the 'edit' tab, as with Outlook Express.
