Exporting contacts as vcards

Hello

(Using Ent. X)

I want to export my contacts into Apple address book (makes it easier to use Fax STF). Address book says I should first export my contacts as vcards. In Entourage, I only see option for exporting as text, tab-delimited file. How can I export these contacts into Apple address book? Thanks.
