Hi I'm using Entourage 10.1.4 on a Tibook (Jaguar 10.2.8) that travels with me between several different locations and several different entourage accounts (work, home, travel and .mac) My questions is this: when I am at work, I have to manually set the account to send mail 'from' the work account or the smtp server won't relay it. (I mean that, in the new mail window, I have to pull down the rectangular dialog box next to the ' to:' and select the work account name.) It usually defaults to my home account (and thus the home smtp server which refused to send the mail.) Is there some way I can set my work account to automatically send mail thru my work account.
Or perhaps I can set aall my accounts to send mail thru my .mac account, since that seems to always be able to relay the mail, at least I haven't found a time when it didn't send the mail, even when on the road thru my cell phone? Furthermore, is there a reason why this would not be a good idea? I love lurking on this list and squeezing any knowledge I can out of it! Thanks!
