You're referring to Outlook Express Windows? Go to whichever of the
following newsgroups is correct for her version of OE Win (v5.0, 5.5, or
6.0):

microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie5.outlookexpress
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie55.outlookexpress
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_.outlookexpress

Since she'd have to have OE working in the first place to get there on her
PC, you'd better go there in Entourage. Click on the Microsoft News Server
icon in your Folder list, enter ".outlookexpress" in the search filter,
click whichever of those newsgroups is the right one, and click Subscribe
button. Then you'll see the news group appear in the Folder list under the
server icon. Click on it, some headers will download, then click New button
and ask your question.
