Sending Event requests to Outlook users

I'm new to Entourage ... very new, haven't switched yet... but I did 
some tests with both accepting meeting requests from Outlook users as 
well as sending meeting requests to Outlook users. It works OK, but not 
great.

Entourage to Outlook, they just get an email message, nothing to import 
into their calendar.
Outlook to Entourage, I get something to import into my calendar, but 
they only get an email confirmation that I confirmed, my confirmation 
does not appear in their calendar app.

Is this something I can fix on my end? I'm using Entourage 10.1.4 on Mac 
OS 10.2.8
