Well, I wish I could add something constructive (which is why I didn't answer the first time) but I wanted to let you know that I am dealing with the same issues. I have Entourage on my Mac and Outlook 2003 on my PC (mail via IMAP) and for the life of me I can't the calendar formats to talk nice to each other. I get invitations from my husband who uses iCal and I want them to go to Outlook since that's where my entire calendar is. I sync my Palm to the PC and I only keep the address book in Entourage for email. These invites are supposed to be a standard format and you would at least think they would work between Microsoft applications but it just plain doesn't and I haven't found a workaround. I posted to the Outlook newsgroup about the iCal/Outlook problem I was having and I got sympathy, confirmation and some suggestions but nothing solid and nothing that works to fix the incompatibilities.
