You can train SpamSieve by adding Spam (File > Import Seed Spam) and good
mail. I dragged my "Personal" folder to the desktop to make it an MBOX and
them imported that into SpamSieve (File > Import Messages). You can also use
the SpamSieve items in Entourage's script menu.
Remember you have to create a rule in Entourage (Tools > Rules) with
SpamSieve as the last rule. Because SpamSieve runs last, it can be
interrupted if you have "So not apply other rules to this message" set in a
rule above it.
SpamSieve is currently about 99.9% accurate as far as false positives (good
mail marked as spam) and 85% accurate far as false negatives (spam that
slips through). It really works well once it's set up.
