The valid MUD folder is the one in ~/Documents/. If you have a second MUD folder inside the first MUD folder, that one is bogus. No idea how you got it there. To verify this, check the modification dates on the two Database files inside the identity folders; you should see that only the one in ~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office X Identities/ is being currently updated. Drag the nested one someplace outside of Documents to test, and if nothing breaks, go ahead and delete it.
