Title: "Sent" box

Using Ent X System 10.3.3

I have over 3000 items in my "Sent" box. Does this have an adverse effect on the performance of Ent? If so, I don't want to delete these, so is there a way to store them outside of Ent, yet have them available if I need to refer to them? Thank you.
