Tried that; no luck.

Did that and all had read/write privileges for me. Still get the error upon
launching.

I don't have that file. I'm sure it must be one of the files I trashed when
I threw out all my Entourage prefs yesterday. I'd imagine that Entourage
would have created a new plist file after that, but apparently it did not.
Is it time to assume Entourage itself might be the culprit?
