I have clone my old Powerbook onto my new, using CCC. I hooked up the new PB via firewire and booted into the T(arget mode, displaying the new PB as an icon on the old. I ccc'd the old PB to the new.
I can boot the new PB and run most programs. When I launch EntX I get this warning dialog: "The preferences file could not be opened. Access permission is denied." EntX seems to run just fine. I found an EntX pref file in ~Library/Preferences/Microsoft and moved this out...restarting EntX the file is recreated yet the error message still occurs. Any ideas folks? What is the message telling me and what can I do to stop it. The permissions on ~Library/Preferences/Microsoft are correct, set to the new PB user.
