You need to rebuild your main identity's database. If you don't know the procedure, see here: <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/faq/database.html#Anchor-3800> Start with a Typical rebuild. If that doesn't work, do an Advanced rebuild. You won't lose any mail but you will lose things like links. (If you're a particularly paranoid person like me, you'll back up your database first but it shouldn't be necessary.) If for some reason that doesn't do it (though it should), you can always transfer everything from your old identity to the new one and then trash the old one. It's a pain but it can be done.
