I do not recall her name, but she was not a developer. She had been with the MacBU since at least the introduction of Office 98. Her presentation was definitely official, though. She had come down from Washington state. Her PowerPoint presentation included a slide which showed the packaging for the Standard, Professional, and Teacher & Student boxes and the individual packages for Word, Excel and PowerPoint. She said they were very proud of the unique box designs for the individual programs, in the same way they were excited about the unique Office 2001 packaging. During the Q&A session, when I asked her if Entourage would be sold separately, she specifically said 'No.' She said they tried to sell Entourage separately previously and it was a big failure; the product simply wasn't popular enough to warrant the expense of creating a separate SKU.
