Which SMTP server are you using, your home ISP's or your company's? My
guess is you have your home ISP's SMTP sever entered. The "relaying denied"
is happening because when you are sending mail that is "from" your company
email address through your home ISP's SMTP server, the server looks at the
email and knows it's not "from" one of its own accounts. So, it refuses to
send your mail (if it didn't then any spammer could use that server to send
messages to anyone). When an SMTP server accepts mail for an account that
is either not from or to one of its own addresses, this is called "relaying"
- because in order to send the message, it will in turn have to make another
connection to the proper SMTP server to deliver the mail.

So, the best thing would be to use your company's SMTP server for that
account. Or sometimes, your ISP may allow you to "relay" mail if you
"authenticate" first. You set this up using "Advanced Sending Options" in
your account setup (Tools->accounts->(your account)->Account settings then
click the "click here for advanced sending options"

Somewhere your ISP should have a help page to tell what it supports in this
situation.
