Sorry, Russell. If that's the case, then the Entourage 2001 Help must be very different from the Entourage 2004 Help. When I search on "symbol", the first topic that comes up is "Symbols in MS Entourage". Clicking on it leads to a short index which includes "Symbols in the Message List". Is this not available in Entourage 2004? It doesn't make sense that it would be deleted; but the topic name could have changed.
