My Exchange host told me that syncing between Entourage and Exchange Server
2003 is broken.   I'm inclined to agree because I've seen reports that Apple
Address Book which also uses DAV will only sync with 2000.

If anyone can confirm that Entourage X or 2004 will sync with Exchange
Server 2003, I'll ask my provider.
