Since upgrading to Office 2004 (pre-ordered it from Amazon), one of the built-in keyboard shortcuts doesn't always work: when I hit Command-Return, which sends an email, nothing happens the first time. It takes either 2 or 3 times before the Send Now function happens.
At first, I figured that there was some new pause happening, so I'd wait a few seconds. Then I thought it might be a hardware keyboard glitch. I would try centering the keystroke exactly in the middle, or hitting more forcefully (or lightly). I actually finally called Apple and they just sent me a new keyboard (I'm on a G5, 2Gig, with 1.5Gigs of RAM, using OS 10.3.4). But this beautiful new keyboard is also seeing the same behavior: 80% of the time, Command-Return doesn't send the email. I've been waiting to see if anyone else was experiencing this, because it's so doubtful that this is software related. Still, I wanted to throw it out there just in case someone else was baffled by this. -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
