I found a bug within the Entourage 2004 LDAP Directory setup within an account that connects directly to an Exchange server. Setting up the correct LDAP Directory will yield "no matching entries were found" in a directory lookup and Global address lookups don't occur.
if you set up another LDAP directory under Directory Service with the same settings, that Directory lookup will work properly. But this one can't be used as a global address lookup when creating new emails.
Any Ideas or work around?
