I'm having the same problems with Entourage and iPhoto that have been reported elsewhere: when I try to send a photo via Entourage, the attachment is listed as a "PlayerPro" document with a size of 0.
I've tested the integrity of my Entourage database, and the Database Utility reports that it's fine.
