Is there a way from within the Project Centre, i.e. not via a rule nor by using the Project palette in another Office app, to add an attachment to the project folder in the file system? Neither of the methods mentioned nor any other management of attachments is particularly onerous but an ad hoc drag and drop from the Mail tab to the Files tab seems so... obvious.
