I can't comment on how it used to work - I never used that script, but it
certainly does that now - that's the way the script was written.

If you want to abort at that stage, you can always click the 'trash' icon
instead of closing the window.

No, it doesn't. Entourage has no way of knowing how the event was created.
This warning is a new feature in office 2004 that will appear for each event
that is modified.

Yes, I can confirm. Even if you close, saving changes and re-open the
message you still can't assign a sending account. Worse still, if you cancel
the address entry box you can't re-enter it.

Definitely a bug.
