The trouble with this system is that it's a recipe for disaster - loss of all data, database corruption, and so on - if two people try to access anything at all in Entourage at the same time. At best, the second person would get an error "File is busy" or something like that. At worst, crash, mess, disaster. Projects were invented in Office 2004 so you can share data. IMAP accounts were invented years years ago so you can share email. (I find I can access my IMAP accounts from two computers at the same time with no trouble.)
