To my great surprise, I didn't find my own reply in the thread "Serverside searching already there", until I realized, that Entourage prefixed the Subject with "AW:" instead of "Re:". Forwards are prefixed with "WG:" instead of "Fw:". That makes not only communication in other languages than German difficult, because nobody understands the meaning of these prefixes (even for Germans these prefixes look strange), it also breaks threading and grouping of messages. Even the German version of Entourage 2004 is unable to group its own replies correctly. The "AW:" replies build a separate group from the correctly merged group containing the original message on the "Re:" prefixed replies. Furthermore, if you reply to an AW prefixed message, another AW is added, so you end up with "AW: AW: Subject", which is annoying too. Would call this a terrible example of overlocalization. Unfortunately there is no way to change this behavior in preferences. German users of Entourage 2004: If your are annoyed by this behavior of Entourage too, please report this to Microsoft, so it might get fixed soon.
