Double-click the "Handheld Sync Installer" to install the conduit; then use Hotsync Manager to configure the conduit. If you've got most of your contacts already in the handheld, you may want to start with "Handheld overwrites Entourage" for the first pass. If you have lots of info in Entourage and little in the handheld, you may want to do the reverse. Note that you can configure the conduit so that it will sync selectively by Category in Entourage; you may want to spend some time categorizing things before syncing.
