Most my messages for one of my accounts are going directly to the deleted items folder.
I’ve deleted the account and re-added it.
Can’t seem to figure out why.
There are no rules associated with the account.
Help!
Check whichever of POP Rules, IMAP Rules, Hotmail Rules, or Exchange Rules is relevant to that account. Rules don't operate per account but per account type. By chance is this an IMAP account, but you're looking under POP Rules?
