Ok, tested this and it works perfect, open script editor and paste this into
it:
tell application "Microsoft Entourage"
execute schedule "Send & Receive All"
select main window
end tell
Save that to your E-rage script menu items, call it whatever you want, just
end the filename in \cX where X is the command key you want to use. Now you
have the feature you were asking for.
