I have a daily mailing thing that I started. Usually, someone else is doing the mailings now, but when she goes on vacation, I have to take over. Because of time zone differences (I'm on the west coast), the mailings need to go out at 4 AM my time. I'm not up at that time. So the night before, I schedule a message with Postpone Delayed Send to go at 4 AM the next day, and off I go to bed. I have the Bring Up Postponed script set with a Schedule to run once an hour, so, at four, while I sleep, the mailing gets done. Slick! I also have used it to mail meeting reminders. -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
