I think Carlington would assume that you knew that your identities had to be
named the same on Palm and in Entourage. Otherwise, how would the Palm ever
know what to sync to?

But this actually crops up quite a bit since the default name of a user on
the Palm is you own name (it asks you for your name when you first use it),
whereas Entourage uses "Main Identity" by default - and doesn't display it
in the main window either, so you wouldn't even know about that - until you
change it. It's very understandable you wouldn't know about this.

Most people rename their Entourage identity to their own name, same as on
the Palm, but either way will work, if you don't mind being called "Mai
Identity".
