The better way (also noted in my docs) would be for your friend to borrow a friend's Outlook on Exchange for 20 minutes, if he still has access to his Exchange server via Entourage. It doesn't have to be Outlook 2001 Mac - it can be Outlook Windows. Have the friend-of-the-friend make him a new Profile in Outlook. Import the .pst there. Set up the Exchange account. Make folders (if necessary) corresponding to the personal folders. Drag-copy, or otherwise import the personal mail folders to server folders. You can remove the profile now (or wait a bit to make sure). Go to Entourage ion the Mac. Access the same Exchange folders. If it's not convenient to keep them there, move (Move button) the messages to equivalent local folders On My Computer. (If there were too many messages to do in one fell swoop, go back to Outlook, delete messages form server, and repeat.) I'm not sure what Entourage/Exchange is doing about RTF messages (do they all still come with winmail.dat files, hiding real attachments?). but we haven't heard a peep about this, so maybe something has been worked out. If the exchange messages get changed to HTML, or plain text, on Entourage, you should be fine. -- Paul Berkowitz MVP MacOffice Entourage FAQ Page: <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/faq/index.html> AppleScripts for Entourage: <http://macscripter.net/scriptbuilders/> PLEASE always state which version of Microsoft Office you are using - **2004**, X or 2001.
