Yes, Paul, I am Mac and Windows tech support, and Entourage is new to
the 30 Mac users in our division, coming from Outlook 2001 for the Mac
or other means.

I hope there is another way to change the default e-mail application
other than launching Apple Mail and setting preferences there. I really
don't want another e-mail program working in OS X; we are having our
problems with Entourage and our Exchange Server and we're trying to
eliminate any more pieces in the puzzle.

I have thought about taking out Mozilla's preferences and restarting it;
I've already informed the user I'll be doing that later today.

Thanks for your suggestion.

Hmmm. You're Mac Tech Support?

In Panther, where she is (OS 10.3.x), you open Apple Mail,
Preferences/General, and set the default email program there. It's
always possible that Mozilla might keep nagging her anyway.

PLEASE always state which version of Microsoft Office you are using -

otherwise.
