Two major suggestions:
* Rebuild your database (hold Option key while launching Entourage)
* Be sure you ran the "Handheld Sync Installer" that is found in the
"Additional Tools" folder of your office folder. (Calendar should sync
fine.)
Read all the possible solutions on the Entourage Help website:
<http://www.entourage.mvps.org>. Look up "hot sync" and "crash".
If you can't find the solution with that advice, post again here and give us
the exact error message and number (if any) you are getting with the crash.
Oh! And before you do that, look up the error on the help site "Errors"
page.
