Title: Office 2003 Windows Synchronization

Is there a suggestion on how to synchronize (I will settle for one way migration with override) from Entourage to Windows Office 2003 Outlook?
I have tried about a half dozen variations after copying the tab delimited contacts to the PC, but from there no luck importing.
