Title: Entourage '04 account setup

   I am testing Entourage 04 to eventually migrate our users over to this app for connecting to microsoft exchange.  We are currently using outlook 2001 in the classic environment.  I can setup accounts successfully for some of our users and then others fail saying that the username and password is invalid.  Anyone experiencing this problem?  Here is the error I get, and the account info is correct because all users work in outlook 2001

Any thoughts as to why some accounts work and some don’t??
