Elliott, I can tell you that Entourage 2004 works consistently for my site, which is using Exchange 2000. Are you using Exchange 2000 or 2003? Those are the only versions that Entourage will work with, if you use the "Exchange" account type in the client. This sets up Entourage as a WebDAV client, which will make it act much like OWA does ... the feature set for Entourage is quite comparable to OWA in Exchange 2000.
