Also, in Entourage's "Accounts" window (Entourage menu or Tools menu), open
your account (the one that is exceeding its storage limit) for editing.
Click the Options tab, and in the Server Options in the lower half, if
"Leave a copy..." is checked to leave messages on the server, make sure that
the box below is also checked, "Delete messages after n days", and set a
reasonable number of days; I use 3 or 4, depending on how much mail an
account receives.

Within Entourage, set up a Schedule to erase items from your Deleted Items
folder once they are aged a certain number of days. I usually have that set
to 2 days; if I have not retrieved something from Deleted Items in 2 days,
it's highly unlikely I ever will.
