Hello - I just upgraded from Entourage X to 2004(v11)on a G4 Mac running 10.3.5.
Occasionally, when I'm trying to open a message from the in-box in html with graphics and such, Entourage will "unexpectedly quit" - offering to send a report to Microsoft and re-launch. When I go thru that process and try again, same result. There seems to be no rhyme-or-reason to this: sometimes it's junk mail, sometimes it's not - sometimes the sender is in my address book, otherwise not - doesn't matter if junk mailer filter is on or off. Even if if the messages are from the same sender (say, eBay), some messages open fine and others crash. I can't even open my MacWorld weekly newsletter... I've tried rebuilding the database, deleting the startup database daemon, using Remove Office, fresh reinstallation... Don't have a clue what to do next - and this is very frustrating - almost never had crashes with v.X...
