You need to eliminate items that could be culprits. Possible culprits....spamsieve, schedule, rule, another application 1. Disable Spamsieve to see if the problem goes away. 2. If not, then create a new Identity in Entourage, enter account info (check to leave on server) and see if you can recreate the problem there. 3.If the problem did go away, then you can check your schedules and rules in your Main identity. 4. If it failed in #2 new identity, then create a new User in System Preferences. Open Entourage and create a new identity adding in your account info. Is the problem gone? If yes, then it's something in your User's folder.
